1. What is the MOQ?

    Generally speaking, no MOQ for general goods. But please consider that the shipping cost would be high relatively for small orders. For custom goods, MOQ is required to meet the production capacity, thus the prices would be reasonable for you.

2. How long is your leadtime?

    Our average leadtime of orders is 10- 20 days. Even we have stock for some items, thus the leadtime would be much shorter.

3. Can I get a catalogue and pricelist?

    Yes, of course. Catalogue is available when request. Regarding the pricelist, it's better to choose the items you want and tell us the quantity, so we quote the best prices for you.

4. Sample is available?

    Yes, we can send sample as required. The buyer will take the shipping cost for them.

5. How to ship?

    The shipping methods depend on the order quantity. Sea freight is the best way for large orders, 95% of our goods sent by sea. For some light-weight & high-value goods, air ship is another option. Due to the air shipping cost is high, it's not recommended. Express shipping is usual for samples. So pls tell us the quantity you want, so that we can recommend the correct shipping method for you.
